Your workspace
Utopean stores the account, billing, persona, story, world, and media information needed to provide your private creative workspace.
Google sign-in data
If you choose Continue with Google, Google provides the basic identity information needed to authenticate and link your Utopean account, including a provider account identifier, email address, and profile details. We use this information for sign-in, account security, support, and preventing duplicate or mislinked accounts—not for advertising, sale, or AI model training.
Google authorization and session credentials are handled by our server-side identity broker and protected through encrypted transport and restricted service access. They are not exposed to your creative workspace. You can revoke Utopean access in your Google Account or contact care@utopean.ai to request access, correction, unlinking, or deletion.
We retain account-linking and security records while your account is active and only as long afterward as required for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Changing an admission feature does not automatically erase protected eligibility or audit evidence collected previously; following account deletion or a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify those records when their lawful and security purposes no longer require them.
